Recovery methods

Now you can recover your account anytime in three ways.

Please note that only try this when you lost your devices or want to add a new device to your account.

Please follow the instructions below to recover your account.

Import your accounts​

STEP 1: Import button.​

Click the "Import my account" button at the bottom.

STEP 2: Choose an import method.​

There are 3 methods to import your account as follow. Choose one of them and follow the instructions to proceed.

  1. Recovery phrase.

  1. Biometric device.

  1. ME App.

STEP 3: Voilà! 🎉​

A new device has been linked successfully.
