What's ME

Identity is a crucial infrastructure for building Web3 native applications. AstroX team is developing a set of self-sovereign identity protocols for Web3 and has just launched our first end-user product: ME.

Firstly, users sign up on ME with an easy-to-remember username mixed with letters or numbers, just like a Twitter username.

Secondly, users can sign in to ME with their device fingerprint or face verification without using a password. ME also supports Ethereum wallet sign-in, making it easy for the existing users on the Ethereum ecosystem.

Thirdly, while the existing Internet Computer wallets such as Plug or Stoic still require browser extensions installation, ME supports direct login to DApps on desktop or mobile browsers without installing any browser extensions. Meaning you can log in to DApps through ME anytime and anywhere, just like you can log in to many web2 applications with your Google account.

Finally, ME aggregates users ' Internet Identity service and NNS wallet from the Dfinity Foundation and works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile devices. Meaning you can manage all your Internet Identities and NNS wallets with just one ME username, and ME acts as a one-stop connector to aggregate your assets.

Notice:

• ME is different from general wallet or 3rd party login pattern. ME acts as a management tool of II and NNS. And we provide it with IC's official API. ME is simply a tool to manage II and NNS and all interactions happened on your devices are under your control.

• ME will NEVER asked you for your any recovery phrases unless you use it to recover your identity. There is no way that ME gets your any recovery phrases.

The AstroX team will focus on building a better user experience on mobile devices. Our next important milestone is the ME mobile app, which will be released in a few months.
